As late as February 28, 2020, Fauci wrote “overall clinical consequences of Covid-19 may ultimately be more akin to those of a severe seasonal influenza (which has a case fatality rate of approximately 0.1%)”. WHO waited until March 11, 2020 to declare it a pandemic.
You all wanted (and continue to want) Trump to listen to the “experts” at the CDC and WHO, and he did. This is what listening to “experts” looks like.
I dunno, maybe re-evaluate your veneration of “experts”.

I agree, Trump should have ignored all the “experts” and moved faster. I liked it better when he used to get his advice from “the shows”.

It’s great CDC is finally recommending everyone wear a “face covering” to stop the spread, but that’s still a poor replacement for a surgical mask. If you’re making your own cloth mask, add a filter element to it.
