ISIS was the Obama-Biden operation to remove Assad from power in Syria, that’s why the Taliban now refuse to work with the US under Biden to deal with the ISKP threat.
USAF worked with the Taliban to wipe out ISKP under Trump, who destroyed ISIS in Iraq and Syria, and wanted them out of Afghanistan as well. That was a Trump policy, not longstanding US policy.
ISKP attacks in Afghanistan will continue and become more complex so long as Biden is the president.
