The Atlantic staff writer Franklin Foer identified as Reporter-2 in Sussmann’s indictment.
Foer published research provided to him by Hillary Clinton’s investigative firm Fusion GPS, after being fraudulently submitted to the FBI by Hillary’s lawyer Sussmann, who billed Hillary for that time.

Hillary fed research to Foer to publish and then tweeted about it at exactly the same time that Foer published his article in Slate, not even allowing her time to read the article, 5:36PM on October 31, 2016.
