I got one of these in the mail and thought I’d use it as a lesson plan on how to vote illegally in the State of California.
Leave the yellow section blank and someone will call you and ask you if you pinky swear to telling the truth to which you’ll say “Of course, I love America”. After processing your “Affidavit of Registration” you’ll be assigned a number by a county official allowing you to vote illegally.
Of course I don’t recommend trying it for obvious reasons.
