Taliban are running a “hearts and minds” propaganda campaign to win over the people, taking many districts with few shots fired.

Reports of Taliban in Khenjan, Baghlan. They’re heading straight for Panjshir this time. Local militias will meet them halfway.
Ghani is heading to US to meet Biden. I wouldn’t be surprised if he doesn’t return.
