Nobody is blaming the refugees / migrants. But when you have 100,000+ people from Syria showing up in Europe in a spontaneous manner, it’s not unrealistic to believe that .1% of those 100,000 are members of ISIS.
.1% of 100,000 is 100.
Now consider that Germany expects 1.5 million migrants in 2015; what is .1% of that?
