In general, it happens because one side’s forces hide in them, so the other side’s forces then bomb them to smoke out their opponents and to avoid creating a hospital as sanctuary precedent. The solution to hospitals being bombed is to avoid and end wars.
Democrats wanted this war, thus should enjoy the war and all that comes with it, including hospitals being bombed.
