The NO votes were Blackburn (R-TN), Boozman (R-AR), Braun (R-IN), Crapo (R-ID), Hagerty (R-TN), Hawley (R-MO), Lee (R-UT), Lummis (R-WY), Marshall (R-KS), Paul (R-KY), and Tuberville (R-AL).
India had intended to increase wheat production and exports to offset a reduction in wheat production and exports from Ukraine and Russia, that’s no longer the case now.
