Police chief for Lashkargah, Helmand, district one, surrendered to the Taliban a day or two ago after Taliban threatened his family. Not exactly a headline, since surrenders are commonplace.
It’s now reported that he’s identifying police officers, members of ANDSF, and government employees to the Taliban.
