It’s done. I assume we’ll revisit this conversation again by the end of 2014 when Obamacare’s effect on employer care becomes more apparent. Maybe they’ll repeal it before then.
So, my deadline is a week away, and I made my decision.
I’m going with employer care for 2014. I’m going to leave the private market that I’ve been in for over 6+ years (technically I was kicked out). Sorry, but I won’t be subsidizing the sick and poor that are coming into the new “private” obamacare market. I’m sure a lot of young people of my socioeconomic status will be doing the same.
