Wearing a mask, especially an unfiltered bandana, in the middle of a warm sunny breezy day, while walking your dog by yourself, socially distanced from everyone else, is not science, it’s irrational.
I wasn’t paying attention, and didn’t notice this before, but almost everyone walking down the sidewalk past my house does this now.
